Disabled Access: No transfer bus needed. For assistance or adapted vehicles, contact us and we'll coordinate with the provider.

Vehicles: Must be roadworthy and road-legal. No commercial vans. Oversized vehicles may incur extra charges — arrange with the provider before booking. The chauffeur may refuse unsafe or illegal vehicles with no refund.

Amendments & Cancellations: Changes allowed up to 72 hours before drop-off. Admin fees apply on cancellations. Extra days will be charged if your return is delayed beyond your booked period.

Tips:

• Bring your confirmation email; also check spam/junk folders.
• Allow extra time for drop-off and airport procedures, including traffic.
• If running early or late, call the provider immediately to avoid delays.
• Don't leave valuables in your car. Inspect your vehicle at pickup and note any issues on the paperwork before leaving — claims can't be raised after departure.
