Parking is for vehicles that fit in to a standard sized parking space. Extra charges may be applied for vehicles that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Service Provider prior to booking. If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged. Please check Service Provider's terms for rates. You must allow sufficient time to drop off the vehicle and complete airport departure procedures. Please take in to account traffic delays or breakdowns.
If you are late or early, please call Service Provider as soon as possible so that they can rearrange drop off/return and you are not kept waiting. Last minute changes or no advance notice may result in delays to drop off/ return times.

Any parking is at your own risk and subject to service provider's terms and conditions, so we ask that you don't keep any valuables in your car.
Check your vehicle carefully at pickup and report any issues to driver and ensure these are logged on the paperwork. Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the terminal / car park.

Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) is expanding across all London boroughs including Heathrow Airport from 29 August 2023. If you drive anywhere within the ULEZ, including the Heathrow Airport from 29 August 2023, and your vehicle does not meet the emissions standards, you will have to pay a charge of £12.50. Please make sure to setup AUTO PAY when coming to the airport to avoid any penalty tickets. The operator will not be liable in case you receive a penalty for not paying the ULEZ charge.

Terminal 1:

• Status: Closed for renovation. No meet and greet service available.

Terminal 2:

• Sat Nav Postcode: TW6 1EW
• Directions:
  1. Exit M25 at junction 14 and follow signs for terminals 2 & 3 along the Western perimeter road.
  2. Pass through the main tunnel to the central terminal area for terminals 2 & 3.
  3. Keep right after exiting the tunnel, passing the central bus station.
  4. Follow the final approaches to terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
  5. Keep right as the road moves away from the building and ramps up towards terminal 2 departures and Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
  6. Keep right on the rising ramp leading directly into the Short Stay car park entry barriers.
  7. Enter the car park on level 4, spiral down to level 2, and park in row B. You will be greeted by a chauffeur with your booking details.

Terminal 3:

• Sat Nav Postcode: TW6 3QG
• Directions:
  1. Upon entering Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay car park.
  2. Continue up the spiral to level 3.
  3. Follow signs for off-airport parking and park your vehicle in row A. You will be met by a chauffeur.

Terminal 4:

• Sat Nav Postcode: TW6 3XA
• Directions:
  1. Follow signs for Terminal 4 departure passenger drop-off upon entering Heathrow Airport.
  2. Keep your vehicle in the left-hand lane and enter lane 3, furthest from the terminal.
  3. Proceed down the lane until you see a sign marked "permit holders" on the left-hand side at the end of the lane.
  4. Park your vehicle in the designated area. A chauffeur will greet you with your booking details.

Terminal 5:

• Sat Nav Postcode: TW6 2GA
• Directions:
  1. Follow signs for Short Stay car park on the right-hand side of the ramp upon entering the exit for Terminal 5 roundabouts.
  2. Follow signs for Short Stay car park and stay in the left lane marked for level 4.
  3. Proceed to the barriers, take a ticket, and head to zones R-S.
  4. Park your vehicle in the designated off-airport meet & greet area. A chauffeur will be waiting with your booking details.
