Meet and Greet parking available at Heathrow Terminal 1, Heathrow Terminal 2, Heathrow Terminal 3, and Heathrow Terminal 5. Provides Heathrow airport meet and greet parking for passengers on business and leisure. Let us care for your vehicle while you are away at our secure parking monitored by manned security and CCTV 24/7. Valet Service for additional 30.00 GBP on request Disabled & Family Friendly. We prioritize disabled and families with children. Drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. Drop off and pick up at the terminal. Operating Hours - 4.30 to 23.59 / 7 Days A Week. Your keys will stay with the car park. Customer will have to pay £5.00 if they go to the drop-off area. You need to call the service provider on your departure and return day. Please do not leave any valuables inside the vehicle, if you do on your own risk then please take a receipt from the driver.
Departure procedure:
Call when you are 20 to 30 minutes away from the terminal. If there are any changes in the time, please keep Terminal Parking informed. Meet our chauffeur at the designated point in our "Direction to Terminals" instructions.
Hand over the vehicle to our fully insured Chauffeur, Collect the paperwork, and head straight to your terminal check-in desk. Fully insured Terminals Parking Chauffeur will drive your vehicle into our highly secured car park within 5 miles of the airport.
Arrival procedure:
Please call Terminal Parking 07857 366 664 or 07594 517 711 twice upon your return.
First, call as soon as you land, and second, call as soon as you collect your luggage; this allows us to monitor customer arrivals much more efficiently.
Please kindly make sure to ring us in the event of any protracted delays, including luggage collection.
Show the paperwork and collect your vehicle from our designated point at your terminal.
Please notify us if there will be any delays as we will only cover the cost for a maximum of 15 minutes of parking in the short-stay car park.
Terminal 2:
Please head to Level 4 of the Short Stay car park, and the collection point will be the Off-Airport parking areas at rows A & B.
Terminal 3:
As you enter the arrivals hall, just before the exit door on the right-hand side, take the lift to Level 4 Short Stay Car Park. Your vehicle will be delivered to rows A & B; look for Off-Airport Meet & Greet signage.
Terminal 5:
As you exit the main arrivals hall, you’ll need to head to your left and exit the building, where you’ll see lifts ahead of you. Take the lift up to Level 4 of the Short Stay Car Park and look for rows R or S within designated Off-Airport Meet & Greet parking areas.
