That's why we have created highly secured parking facility manned and monitored by 24/7 CCTV. Located within 3 to 4 miles from the Heathrow airport. Park and Ride parking available at Heathrow Terminal 5. Provides Heathrow airport Park and Ride parking for passengers on business and leisure. Let us care for your vehicle while you are away at our secure parking monitored by manned security and CCTV 24/7. Disabled Info Disabled & Family Friendly. We prioritize disabled and families with children. Insurance Drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. Operating Hours - 4.30 to 23.59 / 7 Days A Week. Please check email confirmation for Service Provider's details. You need to call the service provider on your departure and return day. Please do not leave any valuables inside the vehicle, if you do on your own risk then please take a receipt from the driver. A2Z Airport Parking LTD does not collect, store, drive or return customer's vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider takes the vehicle and they park to their own car park compound. A2Z Airport Parking LTD acts only as a booking agent for the service provider for the featured car parks. It does not itself provide the parking services. The customer will be contracting with the service provider. Any claims by the customer in respect of parking services e.g collection & delivery of the vehicle, damage to the vehicle etc must be made against the parking service provider and subject to their terms and conditions. If for any reason your booking confirmation has not been received you must contact us immediately as no refund is available for no-shows or if cancellation is received less than 72 hours before you are due to arrive at the car park.
Departure procedure:
Please call us on 07437 867 289 / 07511 544 379 when you are 20 to 30 mins away from the car park
Kindly keep us posted if you are running late or to arrive ahead of the scheduled booking time
Arrival procedure:
On your safe return, we require you to call us twice at 07437 867 289 / 07511 544 379: once as soon as you land and the other as soon as you collect your luggage.
Please call us once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs; make your way to the Level 1 short-stay car park; the shuttle van will pick you up from Row R or Row S . It would be best if you left your car key with us. During busy periods, your car may be moved to our secondary compound within a 5-mile radius of our main car park.
