Opening times: 24 Hours / 7 Days Your keys will stay with the car park whilst you are away. Whilst your away your car will be kept save in a secure car park with 24 hour security. Your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on return. The car park is open 24 hrs a day with fully patrolled parking & recorded CCTV flood lighting, barrier entrance & exit, and 8ft high perimeter fencing. The car park holds the Park Mark award. No transfers are needed, Luton Meet & Greet will be an excellent alternative for disabled customers Please take a copy of your confirmation details with you on your day of travel either by print, or electronic copy. The car park will cover your exit fees for up to 15 minutes. If the driver has to wait longer than 15 minutes. You will need to pay £7.00 to exit the car park and this will continue to increase the longer the driver has to wait; please note that this is an airport charge. Please note that if your booking carries over the pre-booked return date on your order, the over stay charge is £20.00 per day.
Departure procedure:
Please call us on 07402 840388 around 30 mins before you arrive at the Luton Airport Multi-Storey Car Park Level 3 Meet and Greet parking area where you will be met by one of our members of staff.
You will be shown a parking ID and paperwork for your car which will have to be checked and signed by yourself. The car will then be taken to our secure compound leaving you free to proceed to the terminal for check-in.

Ignore the signs for Short Stay Car Park Closed.
Follow signs for Terminal Car Park 1
Continue to Level 3 of the Terminal Car Park 1, when you will be met by 1 of our members of staff
Arrival procedure:
On your return 07402 840388 please call when you arrive in the baggage hall, this will give us ample time to ensure your car is waiting for you at the collection point outside the terminal building.
*Please note there is no exit charge for 15 mins
