Opening times: 24 Hours / 7 Days Bus frequency: On Demand Distance from airport: Roughly 1 mile Your keys will stay with the car park whilst you are away. 3-5 minute transfer to terminal Buses run on demand, no waiting around Excellent service close to Luton airport Top class security, CCTV, Barrier & Fence, Park Mark Disabled bays are are available Please note that if your booking carries over the pre-booked return date on your order, the over stay charge is £20.00 per day. If you are travelling in any oversized vehicle such as a Transporter van there will be an additional £30.00 fee to pay on arrival at the car park
Departure procedure:
On arrival at the access road to the car park, continue straight ahead to the car park. Proceed to the vehicle drop-off area in front of the Customer Reception. Our Attendant will greet you and present you with a card with return instructions.
You will park your vehicle and keep your keys. Your shuttle will depart as quickly as possible, and always within 20 minutes.
Special Note: While the journey time to the Terminal is typically 5 minutes, please allow extra time if traveling during the rush hour.
Please call us at least 30 minutes before the prearranged park and Ride meeting.
It is important to make this call if you are running late or early.
That way our staff will be aware of your situation and assistance will be allocated accordingly.
Arrival procedure:
After you have cleared customs, Please call us on 07984600500 to request collection.
Our shuttle will meet you at the collection point (BAY G ).
On return to Customer Reception, Your vehicle will be parked as you left it.
