Please note that unless your car: has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit, or is in any other way unsafe to drive, the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car. Extra days parking are charged at £10 per day. The car park does not accept large vehicles such as transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers. ACE Parking is also unable to accept the following vehicles: Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Maserati. Please do not leave valuables inside the vehicle, if you do on your risk then please take a receipt from the drive.
Departure procedure:
Please call Ace Airport Parking on 01279 219 500 10 minutes prior to your arrival at Stansted Airport. Our dispatchers will confirm with you the directions to meet your Chauffeur.
Arrival procedure:
Please call Ace Airport Parking Dispatch Office on 01279 219 500 as soon as you have collected your luggage. If you do not have any hold luggage, please call as soon as you have cleared passport control and follow the directions below to the meeting point at the relevant terminal.
Make your way out to the Express Set Down Pick Up area. Your car will be returned to you here. Your car will be returned in Zone C by the three flag poles. Please look out for your car. Be sure to look out for your vehicle and have your return instructions copy to hand. The driver will need to see your return instructions paperwork to confirm your identity.
