Free transfer every 20 minutes for up to 4 passengers (£5 return for any additional pax) If you need to cancel your booking please go onto our website and cancel your booking BEFORE the arrival time, bookings cannot be cancelled after the commencement of the service (after the arrival date and time), no refund will be due if the booking is not cancelled before the arrival date and time. Free transfer for up to 4 passengers (£5 return for any additional pax) Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services. Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
Departure procedure:
After clearing customs, please call 01279 210590 to advise that you are ready for collection, then After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19.
Arrival procedure:
Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please drive and park in one of the bays located on the left hand side next to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip. The shuttle runs on demand and takes 3-5 minutes.
