SMG VIP Meet & Greet helps remove the strain from your holiday or business trip from Stansted Airport. Friendly and experienced staff will ensure everything, from booking to arrival and departure from Stansted Airport, is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Drop it off and pick it up at the terminal. Your keys will remain with the car park. The exit fees, set by Stansted Airport, range from £7 to £10 each way and may be subject to change without notice. Operating hours are from 4:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. An extra charge will apply if your flight is delayed and you wish to collect your car outside business hours. Large-sized vehicles will not be accepted. Disabled and family-friendly services are prioritised. We focus on accommodating individuals with disabilities and families with children. Drivers are fully insured to drive customers' vehicles. Please note that if your vehicle is too large to fit in a standard parking space, there will be an extra charge starting at £40 to accommodate it, as this will affect the car park's capacity.
Departure procedure:
The driver will meet you at the agreed meeting point and take your vehicle to the secure compound.
You MUST call us on one of the numbers below when you are approximately 15 MINUTES from the airport. Our representative will guide you to the drop-off point.
If you are early, we will endeavour to accommodate your new arrival time. A minimum of 30 minutes notice is required.
If you do not call us and arrive before your booked arrival time, we cannot guarantee that a driver will be there to meet you.
If you arrive before your agreed arrival time, you will be subject to Express Set Down / Short Stay Car Park charges.
As per the restrictions on this booking, you must pay the Express Set Down / Short Stay Car Park charge on drop off and pick up.
Arrival procedure:
At the time of vehicle collection on your departure day you would have been issued a receipt for your vehicle, please have it ready to hand over to the driver delivering your vehicle
If lost your receipt then please have your passport as proof of ownership!
The driver will need to see your return instructions paperwork or passport to confirm your identity.
