Directions:

• Leave the M11 at junction 8A and take the A120 E exit to Colchester.

• Exit onto Round Coppice Rd, follow the roundabouts as directed to stay on Round Coppice Rd, then continue onto Bury Lodge Ln. Your destination will be on the left.

• For Sat-Nav, set it to CM24 8UQ.

Arrival Procedure

• Quick check-in at our car park with receipt provided.

• Minibus transfer to the airport available when you’re ready.

• Airport drop-off charge: £10 each way.

Return Procedure

• Minibus will collect you from the airport and return you to the car park.

• Your vehicle keys will be handed back, ready for your journey home.

Surcharges & Notices

• £20 per day for each additional day.

• For early or late arrivals/returns, provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid delays.

• Early or late vehicle drop-off requires 2–3 hours’ notice; we’ll try to accommodate but cannot guarantee.

When You Return from Your Trip

After collecting your luggage and clearing Customs, simply call our team using the number in your booking confirmation. Our professional minibus driver will meet you at the designated airport pick-up point and transfer you back to our Luton Airport car park. Upon arrival, our team will hand back your vehicle keys, so you can continue your journey home quickly and hassle-free. Transfers are available for £10 each way, making your return smooth, convenient, and stress-free.
